To change your registered email address, please follow the steps below.
During the change procedure, you will need to authenticate using your registered phone number or registered credit card information.
Please prepare either in advance.
- After logging in with your current account, use the message function to request saying "I want to change the registered email address and delete your current email address".
- Once you receive notification that deletion has been completed, please log out of your current account.
- Please complete the procedure to send your reservation request while logged out. At that time, an e-mail address input field will be displayed, so please enter your desired e-mail address and proceed with the procedure. You will also be required to authenticate with your phone number or credit card, so please select one and enter your registered information before proceeding.
- Once you have sent your reservation request, you will have completed changing your email address.
Just to be sure, please check your account information on your account page and check if you have received an email to the new email address.
