Troubleshooting for logging in using an email address is explained below on a case-by-case basis.
If you do not know your email address
- Please log in with your phone number from https://autoreserve.com/table/sign_in
- If you proceed with the reservation request form while logged in, the email address registered in your current account will be displayed in the reservation information section, so you can check it.
- You can use this email address to log in from next time onwards.
If your registered email address cannot be used
- Please log in with your phone number from https://autoreserve.com/ja/table/sign_in
- Please use the message function on AutoReserve to request support to delete the associated email address.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but from the perspective of personal information, we ask that you please make your request using an account that has been logged in with SMS authentication.
If we receive your request via message, we will delete the email address associated with the account in question.
