You can check your reservation status by logging into AutoReserve and selecting "Future Reservations'' from the "Reservation List".
If it says "Reservation completed", the reservation has been made. There may be instructions from the restaurant, so please check the details.
If it says "On request", the reservation has not been made. We are currently checking availability at the restaurant. The date and time to call the restaurant is listed on the right side of "Requesting", so please wait.
If there is no information about the restaurant you want in the "Future Reservations" column, please select "All" and check if it is listed.
If the reservation is not successful, it will be marked as "Request Unsuccessful".
If the desired restaurant information is not listed in both the "Future Reservations" and "All" columns, your reservation request has not been sent. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try the sending procedure again.
